Shipping and Delivery

At TheBlackLuxe, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and stress-free—just like our style. Every item is carefully made and packaged with pride, and we’re upfront about shipping timelines and costs so there are no surprises at checkout.


SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays), and each item is made to order just for you. That means we typically need 3–5 business days to prepare your product before shipping it out.

3–5 business days

Shipping Time:
12–17 business days (estimated delivery timeframe provided by the carrier)

Please note that delivery may take longer during holidays, large sales, or unforeseen events like severe weather or global shipping disruptions. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


SHIPPING COST

We offer a simple, cost-based shipping rate:

  • Flat Rate: $4.99 + $3 per additional item

  • Hawaii & Alaska: $25.99 for the first item, plus $10 per additional item

  • We Ship Worldwide

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience.


ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow 1–3 days for your tracking number to activate in the carrier’s system.

If tracking shows no info right away, don’t worry—it just means the carrier hasn’t scanned it yet. You’ll start seeing updates once it’s in their hands.


INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address—or if it’s marked “return to sender”—we’ll refund you the subtotal of your order once the package arrives back to us. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or forwarding requests made to the carrier after your order has shipped.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, it may still be on the way. Contact us and we’ll help investigate.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll be happy to replace or refund your order.

If an item is missing from your shipment, it may have been sent separately. Please check your email for multiple tracking numbers, or contact us to confirm.
